所有使用NV显卡的开发者禁止安装NVidia 3D驱动，
Nvidia 3D驱动安装过程中，删除了/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.*.*等库文件，在/usr/lib目录安装了libGL*等文件，造成很多依赖于libGL的程序编译后依赖于NV的libGL库，这样如果没有NV显卡的用户或者不安装驱动的用户安装了这样的包后无法正常使用。

故，要求：开发过程中禁止使用NVidia显卡，防止造成库文件依赖的混乱。
