发布 MagicInstaller 编译必须的 RPM。

由于编译 MagicBooter 需要使用 uclibc 和用 uclibc 编译 popt、slang、newt、pciutils、kudzu 等库，编译过程于标准的不同。为方便大家编译 MagicInstaller，特地将这些库做成 RPM 包单独发行。
另外，bindir 目录下需保存一些 RPM 以便组建安装程序运行环境，这些 RPM 也作为 mi-fedora.tar 给出，以便下载。

我还会很快更新一些文档，以说明从 MagicInstaller 的源代码到制作 iso 的全过程。
